While we are most focused on helping women specifically, we are also Womanists; as such, we recognize that all humans benefit from a balance of healthy masculine and healthy feminine energy, and we are well aware of the lack of healthy feminine energy across all the genders.

Because of this, Womanists also know that ALL humans can benefit from healing their "feminine side", not just those of us that identify as women.
