A bit of a (late) introduction to us, our website, and our name (^_^)y

Hello, my name is Kyleigh Brandon (pronounced like “Kylie”, but it looks prettier ;), and The Queens' Peace is a Black woman owned business. Please forgive me for taking so long to write this more informative introduction, but, ya know, life and whatnot. Any who…

The Queens’ Peace is a name I came up with by myself; all photos on this website were taken by me, all crystal gemstone creations pictured (waistbeads, prayer beads, energy parcels, etc.) were created by my two hands, and all text/descriptions/writings were created by my one brain (this is true for the Queens' IG page too, unless I cite a source for the information). Side note: I am extremely offended by the fact that people are using AI to write papers and passages in general, because these tech creators could have created something that is actually useful to society instead of taking artistry away from artists and authors, but I digress. I use the "royal we" for several reasons, but mainly because I know that we (all of God's creation) are all connected, so there really is no "me", there is only "us".

We are all on this crazy ass ride called “life” together. When you help someone else, you are also helping yourself, and vice versa. (Think about how they say "nou" for "us/we" & "you all" in Kreyòl Ayisyen, and "I and I" instead of "we" in Jamaican Patois.) As you look around the site, you will see me referring to myself as “we”, “us”, and “our”, but without the quotation marks. The other gorgeous lady in the thumbnail pic is Romana Saintil, aka Ro.sasunflower, an awesome vocalist and my (first) loudest, non-family/close friend cheerleader who gave me consent to add the pic we took together to my website.

And yes, it is << Queens' >> (as in the plural possessive) not Queen's. I did not accidentally put the apostrophe in the wrong spot.  When the apostrophe is between the "n" and the "s", it means that there is only one queen who is in possession of peace. When the apostrophe is after the "s", it means that there are multiple queens in possession of peace. The mission of The Queens' Peace is to provide as many queens as possible with as much peace as possible. ALL THE QUEENS, not just one

I used to be a bit of a jerk when it came to correcting people's English language grammar, but that is a story for another day....
