We know, we know! We're excited too!

This is Kyleigh (our creator/visionary/designer/all the things and main owner), and this is our favorite picture of her. She had the Rogue (from X-Men) bleach-blonde streak in the front (in 2014, before most of y'all were doing it), and she is showing herself some much needed tender love and care. And the way the pics turned out just looks cute A.F., but we digress. (Yes, the capitalization is necessary.)

We are super excited to get the website up and running (^_^). It has taken much longer than we planned, partially because we did not have access to the best computer for the past couple years, and partially because of the tragic beauty of life & maintaining our own mental and spiritual health. (I mean, what do we look like trying to help you with your healing journey while we are falling apart at the seams every night??) Though we are still on our healing journeys, actively and intentionally praying, actively and intentionally sitting still in/with our introspective thoughts, actively and intentionally questioning our knee-jerk reactions and the responses that ensue, actively and intentionally re-directing negative thoughts and thought patterns (Kyleigh has gotten extra good at this one, practicing since 2015ish, and it has been extremely difficult), actively and intentionally stepping back from circular/petty/circular conversations that only serve to frustrate the communication process, actively and intentionally seeking safe spaces in all areas of our lives, actively and intentionally loving and allowing love to come through the gates that have been eradicated and rebuilt ... decimated and reinforced ... ravaged and restored ... more times than we care to count.... And all that jazz. And this shit is hard, and painful... and exhilarating.

Again, we are beyond excited that you stopped by! We will be adding more products and info in the days to come, and we hope you all start asking all the questions! Most people think that waistbeads are for sensual activities only, or they are only to help you with weightloss, but they are for so much more than those (relatively) material things. We have lots of info on our IG page @thequeens.peace but we would love to see what kinds of questions y'all have here (and it will help us start our FAQ page (^_^)).
